Property Tax Exemptions

All Basic STAR Exemption applications must be returned to the Assessor’s Office by March 1. In the year that a property owner turns 65, they should apply for the Enhanced STAR Exemption by March 1st of that year. At least one of the owners must be 65 years old to be eligible.More info…
