Q What night does Judge DeLabio work and what night does Judge Mattio work in the Town Court?
A. Judge DeLabio presides on the first and third Tuesday and Judge Mattio presides on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. If there happens to be a fifth Tuesday in the month, no court is scheduled.
